This laboratory has conducted high-quality research in Computational Gastronomy for many years and has published several seminal papers on the subject. Professor Ganesh Bagler, the head of this laboratory, is regarded as a foundational figure in the field of Computational Gastronomy.
They are responsible for the collection and curation of food-data resources such as RecipeDB and FlavorDB, among others.
