Complex Systems Laboratory, IIIT-Delhi
This laboratory has conducted high-quality research in Computational Gastronomy for many years and has published several seminal papers on the subject. Professor Ganesh Bagler, the head of this laboratory, is regarded as a foundational figure in the field of Computational Gastronomy.
They are responsible for the collection and curation of food-data resources such as RecipeDB and FlavorDB, among others.

foodigIT is a five-year ERA Chair project funded by the European Union under HorizonEurope, hosted at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTh). It aims to establish a Centreof Excellence in Computational Food Science and Digital Transformation, uniting datascience, food science, and innovation to solve key food system challenges.
